Constructing a state of the art data center requires precision, but the initial processes were anchored in the past. Three massive entities FOX, Deloitte, and Alphacord Media Group were trapped in an operational bottleneck. Highly skilled engineers were forced to rely on clipboards, combing through massive physical drawing sets, and spending countless hours in meetings just to synthesize fragmented, outdated data. It was a clash of modern technological ambition and legacy execution.
We refuse to let brilliant engineers operate as human filing cabinets. During a critical new studio phase, we proposed a pilot program: a bespoke, software-based solution designed to centralize all project data into a single source of truth. We didn't just digitize the drawings; we engineered an entirely new workflow to eliminate the friction between corporate giants and return time to the engineering teams.
